Brazilian jiu-jitsu class
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. The direct translation of Jiu Jitsu (柔術) means “gentle art” and the goal is to control your opponent without striking them and then to submit them with chokes, arm bars, and other joint locks. Practising Jiu-Jitsu makes students more confident and has skills that prevent bullying and self-defence.

We offer a flexible schedule, a comfortable waiting area, and a Montessori kids’ space. Plus, enjoy the convenience of free parking right in front of our gym.

Classes: U8 (5 to 7 Years old) / U10 & U12 (8 to 11 years old) / U14 & U16 (12 to 15 years old) / U18 & U21 (16 to 20 years old) / Senior (21 & Above).

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class for those who want to learn a new martial art, to compete or just develop higher level details in their Jiu-jitsu skills.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu No-Gi class for those who want want to learn a new martial art, to compete or just develop higher level details in their No-Gi skills.

Private classes, for small groups or individual, who wants an exclusive and personalised lesson with a high level instructor.

JUDO AND Brazilian JIU-JITSU KIDS LITTLE SAMURAI
The Club is offering a unique opportunity for children between the ages of 3 and 11 years old. Children in this age group will have the opportunity to train in Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. With classes from Monday to Saturday, the membership gives the right to unlimited classes, allowing parents to adapt their daily schedule to the classes.

At Kaizen Martial Arts Academy we offer a dynamic After-School Program that’s perfect for kids to develop their physical and mental skill, and have fun!
