

Kaizen Martial Arts & Health Club is a family-focused facility that offers activities aimed at developing the physical and mental health of the community.
The club’s main activities are Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, as it believes that the two sports complement each other and are fundamental for mental and physical development, regardless of the age of the practitioner.
Our team of instructors is highly qualified and has over 30 years of experience. They are dedicated to providing top-notch training and guidance, ensuring every student reaches their full potential in a supportive and motivating environment.

“I’m Faouzi, father of 5 very successful children (2 boys and 3 girls), PhD in theoretical Physics, DSc Technical sciences and technology entrepreneur, 7th degree black belt in Judo and 8th degree black belt in full contact striking, patron of the Asian Sambo Federation and Police Judo Vancouver BC, and with over 50 years’ experience in different martial arts. Medalist at National, African, Mediterranean and British Inter-Universities championships. My aim is to use my work life experience and my martial arts passion and experience to prepare our students to be mentally and emotionally ready for life’s varied challenges”.

In our club, children from 5 years old can register.
Both arts rely on ground fighting, but BJJ is more specialized in it. Judo is primarily an art of stand-up combat that emphasizes throws, takedowns, and other techniques. BJJ practitioners are adept at controlling opponents on the floor, while Judo practitioners excel at stand-up situations.
No. Our after-school programme focuses on physical activities and emotional development through martial arts training. We do not offer nany services or educational support.
Yes. You will receive a special discount for not using the pick-up service.
Yes, from 5 students from the same school we can include the school in the After-school programme pick up route. Judo is a very technical sport during a match.
